If your event is outside of Kansas City, please contact us so that we may assist you. All bookings 20 miles outside of 64109 area will require a traveling fee of $1.00 per mile. Mini Visits are not available for out of town bookings!
Please be advised, the Booking Fee of $50 is Non-Refundable. Booking Sessions are secured by booking fee only. The remaining balance must be paid in full by the day of the event before services are rendered. Any services with service date of 72 hours or less must be paid in full before booking is confirmed. Last minute bookings may include a last minute service fee of $50.
Once a session start time is booked, any adjustments made may be subjected to an additional fee. Once we arrive, your start time will begin at your booked time slot. If for any reason you need to adjust your start times, additional fees may apply.
You give us permission to use your child's image alongside our characters by checking our Terms and Conditions box prior to booking. (The image and/or video will be the only ones utilized.) There is no other information supplied). We place a high value on your kid's safety and well-being, thus we never reveal any personal information about you or your child. We reserve the right to publish any image and/or video taken during the event on our website and/or on our social media accounts. Please notify us BEFORE booking if you wish to opt out of this. As a result, we will be able to present you with a separate form to fill out that is tailored to your specific requirements.
If you must cancel a session, please try to give at least 24 hours notice. We do understand things happen out of our control, if for any reason a 24 hours notice can not be given, you do forfeit any previously paid amount and a new session will need to be booked. However, if you do give a 24 hours notice of cancelation, $25 of your previously paid amount will be refunded. The booking fee and any other fees are non-refundable. All fees including the booking fee will be refunded to you if the cancelation is due to Covid-19 from a Star Kids Entertainment Company employee.
Any changes to your booking session may occur at anytime. If your location and time change after your booking fee is paid, please contact us to make sure we have the new time slot available and additional fees may apply.
If you need to reschedule and an open date and time slot is not available, we can hold your booking fee for up to 1 year, all other fees are not refundable.
Star Kids Entertainment Company is released from all liability pertaining to injuries that may occur during any activities during rented events under the terms of this agreement.
We ask for at least 1 adult per 5 kids stay for the duration of the event to cater to the children's needs. Parents and adults are allowed to remain and watch the show. Onlookers are asked to be courteous, allowing performers enough room for their activities. This keeps the kids focused and provides a setting where they can hear the assistants' directions and other activities.
The flow of the event and activities is the responsibility of the performer and their assistant. Therefore, we take no responsibility for a child's poor behavior or refusal to engage in activities. We try our hardest to involve every child and ensure that they all have a nice time, but we can't control them if they aren't interested in seeing the performers. We respectfully request that you keep an eye on any children who refuse to engage. This way, we can provide the remainder of the kids the finest experience possible
We ask that absolutely NO SMOKING around Star Kids Entertainment Company's characters, or employees. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is not compliant with our request and no refunds will be given.
